In 2002 the Holy Spirit directed Dr. Ronn Hale II and his wife, Dr. Donneta Hale, along with their three sons, to leave their home, family, and a prospering church ministry in Cleveland, Ohio and move to Phoenix, Arizona.  Having no family or ministry contacts, their journey was entirely directed by the Holy Spirit and supported with miraculous interventions of provision and favor.  Carrying a mandate from God "to be a mediator in families, churches and communities", the ministry expanded from a home church to now an international ministry.  Dr. Ronn Hale II is passionate about making the truths of God's Word practical and applicable to everyday life, stating that "a quality Word produces a quality people."  

 

Dr. Ronn Hale II is a dynamic orator of God's Word who is sought after locally, nationally and internationally as a conference speaker, guest pastor, counselor, and seminar host. He serves on various committees, councils, and boards for the State Senate/Legislature, State and International Church Conventions, and other capacities as God directs. Dr. Ronn Hale's entrepreneurial experience is extensive including the publishing of a nationally and internationally recognized magazine, "Finished Looks: Hair

and Fashion Magazine", owning and managing a full-service beauty salon, and two automobile dealerships, R&M Quality Wholesalers Dealer (for nonpublic) and R&H Quality Automotive Dealer (for public sales) and CHOW COUNSELING FAMILY services which has 20 employees.   

 

Dr. Ronn Hale II is committed to helping believers reach their full potential for the Kingdom of God and has recently partnered with Arizona USA Christian University to expand a campus to the West Valley of Phoenix located at The Carpenter's House Christian Worship Center where he serves as a professor.  God is also fulfilling His prophetic Word given that Dr. Ronn Hale II would "be a mentor for a multitude of spiritual sons and daughters", having directed him to found the Leadership Faith Alliance (LFM) through which he will oversee multiple pastors and leaders nationally and internationally.
